Originally built in 2001, this house was significantly renovated right after it sold in 2014. That renovation added many desirable features which include ceiling crown moldings in every room, granite countertops in the kitchen, all new kitchen appliances, a new washer and dryer, pavers installed on the lanai floor and a complete re-painting of the interior and exterior walls of the house. All bath lighting and hanging light fixtures were also replaced, all ceiling fans were replaced, new shelving installed in all closets including teak closet organizers in the master closets. Front door and cabinet hardware was replaced where needed. Kitchen appliances replaced in the renovation include the refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine and a gas dryer and hot water heater.
