Great shopping and fine dining are abundantly available throughout the immediate area in places like Lakewood Ranch Main Street, the Mall at University Town Center and in the downtown areas of Sarasota and Bradenton. Originally built in 2001, this house was significantly renovated right after it sold in 2014. That renovation added many desirable features which include ceiling crown moldings in every room, granite countertops in the kitchen, all new kitchen appliances, a new washer and dryer, pavers installed on the lanai floor and a complete re-painting of the interior and exterior walls of the house. All bath lighting and hanging light fixtures were also replaced, all ceiling fans were replaced, new shelving installed in all closets including teak closet organizers in the master closets. Front door and cabinet hardware was replaced where needed. Kitchen appliances replaced in the renovation include the refrigerator, stove, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine and a gas dryer and hot water heater. Since the 2014 renovation, the following improvements were also made: in 2016 a new AC system was installed, in 2018 new carpeting was installed in two of the four bedrooms and a wood floor in the fourth bedroom/office. In 2019, the front yard was resodded and the exterior walls of the house were repainted, in 2020 the lanai was rescreened and landscaping lighting was installed in the front and back yards.
